We designed a digital experience for an AI-powered accounting platform

Bringing artificial intelligence to modern accounting
KA-RLO is an AI-powered accounting platform designed to automate administrative and financial processes for businesses, accountants, and growing organizations. By combining accounting expertise with artificial intelligence, the platform aims to simplify everyday financial operations, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across the entire accounting workflow.
As an early-stage product, KA-RLO required a strong digital presence capable of communicating its vision, technology, and market potential to prospective investors and stakeholders.
Translating a complex product into a compelling investor story
The challenge was to present a sophisticated software solution in a way that was both accessible and engaging. Since the platform was still under development, the website needed to communicate future product capabilities while establishing credibility and demonstrating the long-term business opportunity behind the concept.
We designed the complete user experience and interface for both the marketing website and product prototype. The website was structured around investor-focused storytelling, highlighting the platform's automation capabilities, target markets, business model, and growth potential. Interactive product visuals and detailed feature presentations helped transform complex accounting processes into a clear and understandable digital narrative.
Creating a foundation for product validation and growth
The final result is a professional digital presentation that supports fundraising, stakeholder communication, and future product development. Through strategic UX thinking, interface design, and product prototyping, KA-RLO gained a cohesive digital identity capable of communicating its vision while providing a clear preview of the platform's future user experience.
